With us you have a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all your purchases. Your product should not simply break down during the first year under normal use. So it must be really be a defect. In other words: the part is broken and it no longer meets the standard prescribed by the manufacturer. In the event of wear and tear of a product that still falls within the standard, there is therefore no question of a defect and no guarantee is therefore provided.

This can happen unfortunately! Of course we would like to help you with a good and working item as soon as possible and we can exchange the defective item for you. To do this, you must first return the defective item to us. After receiving this we will send you a new article.

Would you rather not wait?

We can also understand very well! Maybe it's a gift, or you just need it quickly. Then you can do the following: To have a new item in your home as soon as possible, it is best to order a new one on our webshop. Then it will be shipped the same working day before 5 p.m.! You can return the defective item to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. After receipt of your return, the amount will be credited within 14 working days (depending on your chosen payment method).
