How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, you can send us a request.

Click on "contact" and go to the contact form. Here you can send us a message with the request to delete your account. As soon as we have received and read your message, we will delete your account.

Please note, you can only have us delete your account if:

• No more orders are on their way to you

• You will no longer receive refunds from us

If your account does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to delete your account immediately.

Sorry you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter! How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the last email you received from us.

Do you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter via your account?

You can do that too! Then go to your customer account and then go to "My details". You will then be taken to the page where you can change your personal details. At the bottom you can choose via a checkbox that you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Don't forget to hit save! After this you are unsubscribed from our newsletter

How nice of you to sign up for our newsletter! How do I sign up?

As soon as you create an account at JNKO, you can choose whether you want to sign up for the newsletter.

You will also always find a section at the bottom of our website where you can register. Enter your e-mail address here and then click on "Joint us". You are now subscribed to the newsletter!

Do you already have an account and would you like to receive the newsletter?

Then go to your customer account and then go to "My details". You will then be taken to the page where you can change your personal details. At the bottom you can choose via a checkbox that you want to sign up for the newsletter. Don't forget to hit save!

What can I expect from the newsletter?

With our newsletter you will always be informed about the best offers, promotions and new products. And no, don't worry. We won't spam you!

Go to your JNKO customer account and then click on “Orders”. Here you will find an overview of all orders you have placed with us in the past. Here you can easily view an order that has been placed, or even order again. You can also directly download your invoice here.

Login failing? Then first always check whether you have entered your login details correctly.

If you get a "login failed" message, it sometimes means you may not have created an account yet. If you are already registered for the newsletter, this does not automatically mean that you also have a customer account.

Forgot your password?

Then click on "forgot your password?" at the login page. Then enter your e-mail address and you will automatically receive an e-mail to create a new password.

It may take a while before you receive this email, please also check your spam box.

Please note that the link is only active temporarily and can only be used once.

Still unable to log in?

Please contact us via the customer form. We are happy to help you. Click on "contact" to go to the contact form.

If you want to change your address, you can do so in your JNKO customer account. Go to your account and the go to "My addresses". By pressing "update" you will go to your personal info page. Here you can change your address. When you are done editing, press "save". Your address has now been immediately changed to the new address

You can also delete an existing address here if you wish. Then click on "delete".

It is also possible to add an address to your account. Click on "Add a new address" and enter the address you want to add to your account. Click on save and the address is then immediately added to your account.

NB! After placing your order, you can no longer change the delivery address if the status of the package is on sent.. This is also not possible for our customer services.

If you want to change your e-mail address, you can do so in your JNKO customer account. Go to "My details" and go to "Email address". Enter the new e-mail address here and then press save. Your e-mail address has been immediately changed to the new e-mail address

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgotten your password?” at the login screen. “ enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an email containing the link to change your password.

It may take a while before you receive this email, and please check your spam box.

If you have not forgotten your password, but would like to change it, you can do so in your JNKO customer account. Go to "My details" and go to "New password" and enter a secure password and then press save
