Returns & Cancellation
You have returned an item and you are wondering when you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. The procedure works as follows:
As soon as we have received your return, we will check it for damage and whether the return has been returned as indicated by you. If everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the return is not in order, we will refuse the return and contact you personally.
Within how many days will my money be refunded?
The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days (depending on your payment method).

With us, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt at no additional cost if you return the entire order, as required by European law. In this case we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.
However, if you only wish to return part of your order, return fees may apply for that specific part. The exact costs depend on various factors, such as the product and the reason for the return. These costs can be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

This is the fastest way to receive another article:
In order to have a new item at home as soon as possible, it is best to order a new item from our webshop. Then it will be shipped the same working day before 5 p.m.! You can return the item that is not suitable to us within 30 days of receipt. There may be costs associated with this for you. After receipt of your return, the amount will be credited within 14 working days (depending on your chosen payment method).

We want you to be satisfied with your product. However, it is possible that you have received something that you would like to return. That is of course no problem for us! We use the following return conditions:
• The return must be reported to us within 30 days. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to return the item.
• The product to be returned must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
After 14 working days, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account (depending on your chosen payment method).

Step 1: How to Request a Return?
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Go to your account and click on "Orders".
- Select the order by clicking on "View".
- Scroll down to the returns section.
Step 2: Select Item(s)
In this step, you can specify which products you want to return.
If you have ordered multiple copies of the same product, you can indicate how many pieces you want to return. The default value is the quantity you purchased.
Step 3: Return Confirmation
Enter a reason why you want to return the item, then click "request a return shipment". We will now automatically receive a notification that you want to register a return.
Step 4: Sending the Return
Use the return label included with your order. You can use this label to drop off the package at a parcel point of the relevant parcel carrier. Please note: this only applies to orders within the Netherlands (and Belgium with PostNL).
For orders from other countries, we kindly ask you to follow steps 1 through 3. After this, we will contact you by email for further processing of your return shipment.
