Orders

You can download your invoice directly from your customer account. Go to your account and click on "Orders". Here you will see an overview of all your orders and you can download the invoice.

This can be due to several factors, for example a connection error. It is also possible that something went wrong with the payment of your order. Start by looking at your bank statements to check whether everything went well with the debit.
Also it's possible that the product was not in stock at our warehouse, and we have canceled the order. If this is the case, you will receive a refund from us within 5 working days (depending on your payment method).

Please note the following:

• As soon as the order is canceled with us, we will refund the amount within 14 working days (depending on the chosen payment method).

Our products are usually in stock and you can order with confidence from our webshop! If our stock drops below 10 pieces, a stock status message will automatically appear on the product page

Have you received an email that the product is out of stock?

For example, it can sometimes happen that a counting error has been made in the warehouse. In such a case you can choose something else or you will receive your money back from us within 5 working days of the product that is not in stock (depending on your payment method).

Choose the product(s) that you would like to order from us and click on the "Add to cart" button. Your product(s) has now been moved to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.

On the payment page you can pay as a user (with your account) or as a guest (if you prefer not to create an account). Make sure you entered your details correctly! Then choose one of the payment and delivery methods you want to use and then checkout by clicking on "Buy now".

As soon as the payment has been completed, you will be redirected back to the webshop and you will see that your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive a confirmation email from us that the order has been successful.
